Mary has always had a passion for helping others back to health. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2012 with a first class honours degree in Osteopathy. Since then she has gained experience by travelling the world, working in a wide variety of osteopathic practices across Australia, England and Ireland. Her varied work experience has provided her with exposure to many diverse approaches to osteopathic care, helping her to develop as a well-rounded practitioner with a unique approach to treating patients.

Mary uses a wide variety of hands-on techniques including joing articulation, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, cranial osteopathy and medical acupuncture. She believes strongly in spending time with patients, listening to their needs and providing each person with a treatment and management plan specific to their individual needs.

Mary enjoys treating people from babies to adults with both a structral and cranial approach. Her passion lies in the treatment of pregnant women, babies and children. She is one of the only osteopaths in Northern Ireland that holds a postgraduate qualification in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy.

Mary loves to study and is always trying to expand her knowledge and skill set with post-graduate courses and continuing professional development.  She is also a certified personal trainer and she uses her previous experience in the fitness industry to blend lifestyle advice and at-home exercises to optimise treatment results.
